  Create your own dish! Choose from a wide variety of proteins, noodles, veggies, sauces, and spices. Throw them all in a bowl stacked as high as you can pile it full of food and bring it to the chef. Your concoction is cooked in front of you on a round style flattop grill. Excellent food made to personal taste. What more could you want for under 10 bucks?

  For a place with a simple dining concept, I have a stunningly difficult time getting good service. Whether it's full or empty, it's rare that our waitstaff are there when we need them. You're often stuck sitting around while your food gets cold waiting for rice and tortillas. Salad bar items are often frozen. Bills regularly have errors. I'd like to love this place but I've given up.

  Ordered the shrimp pad Thai and the beef stir fry in spicy chili sauce with brown rice. The pad Thai was decent, but the stir fry was pretty bland. The beef was chewy and and didn't have much flavor to it. The restaurant has an interesting concept where you can construct your own stir fry, and then watch it as it is prepared for you. If you tip your cook, you'll even get a celebratory gong ring!! The best part of the meal however was the dessert. Ordered the deep fried Oreos and loved every bit of it. It was good that you could still taste the Oreos in the batter and not feel like you were just eating sugar. Definitely one of the cheaper options on Main Street and absolutely worth visiting once at least!!
